Hi, I’m going to make a baby sweater using the lazy daisy all in one baby cardigan on Ravelry. I made one already but this time I want to eliminate all the yo’s (except the buttonholes). But I think each of those yarnovers allows for an increase. Could I just do a “make one” instead of a yarn over? Would that look odd or maybe not work at all? Thanks!

You could do a M1 or you could work the yarn over and then purl into the back of it to twist the stitch and close up the yarn over hole.
Ok, I’m gonna try that. Thanks very much!
