i am knitting a shrug in k2p2 rib

i have to cast on 24 stitches on each end for the sleeves

what is the best cast on method to use?

I usually use backward loop to cast on extra stitches.

I would use the back loop method. I think thier is a clip on it on this web site…

it’s been awhile since i have done that, and i couldn’t remember which method to use
