If the pattern says to cast on in multiples of 6+4. Does that mean I would cast on, for example, 36 stitches + 4 for a total of 40 stitches??
Probably a silly question but I just want to make sure.

thats right. the 36 is the multiple of 6 and the +4 takes you hup to 40
