Cast on after turning

I’ m making a frog leg and these are part of the instructions:

 1. Cast on 27 sts. Knit 2 rows.
 2. Next row: Cast off 5 sts. Knit to end of row.
 3. Next row: Knit to end of row. TURN. Cast on 5 sts for a toe.
 4. Next row: Cast off 5 sts. Knit to end of row.
 5. Next row: Knit to end of row. TURN. Cast on 5 sts for another toe.

I’m confused about row 3 when it says to turn the work; but it is already and the end of the row and the stitches are all on the right hand needle, how do i turn at the end of the row? :??

Also, in row 3 when it says to cast on 5 sts, i’m assuming this is on the same row (row #3), but how would i do that? :??

Help please :verysad:

 1. Next row: Knit to end of row. TURN. Cast on 5 sts for a toe.
 2. Next row: Cast off 5 sts. Knit to end of row.

At the end of the row, your stitches are on the right needle. The directions assume you’ll do a knitted or cable cast on, so you’d have to turn the work to do that just like you would turn your knitting at the end of a row. But you immediately BO the 5 stitches and knit across the row.

Hope that helps.
