although I blocked my swatch and it didn’t change size at all, it still probably will when it is a whole sweater?
If the swatch didn’t, the sweater probably won’t, either. There is a lot of silk in the yarn, so that may be why.
if it didn’t curl in the swatch either, will it not curl up on me?
I don’t want to knit the hem.

That’s an iffy one.
I can’t imagine stockinette not curling, but maybe you can knit it and then add the hem if it does curl.:shrug:
[FONT=Arial Narrow]now that I’m knitting the sweater, there are intermittent stitches that look like a dog shedding her winter coat because of the slubs, or whatever they’re called. :pout:

They will go away when you block it. Just soak it in warm water for 5 minutes, and then you’ll be good to go. If you want it to stop [B]now,[/B] than you should consider a sweater shaver to shave them off.
