This looks and feels like good wool and HL had it in a few pretty shades. Can someone tell me if it works well as an unfelted garment and how does it look after several wearings? Does it shed?
I would imagine it pills pretty badly since it’s a loosely spun single ply. Don’t know for certain, but that’s my guess.
It’s also pretty rough and scratchy for a next to your skin garment, or even a cardigan. It’s probably best used just for felting.
Yes. It is very scratchy. So scratchy that is wasn’t very comfortable to knit with. The colors are very pretty, though…
I made a clutch bag out of it and it turned out really nice. Haven’t tried it for something to wear though.
