First sweater I have ever knitted my question is I am meeting the front left part of the sweater and I’ve almost got it 17 and three-quarter inches long and I will end with the wrong side row, this is what the directions says next I am a little confused

You’ll end having completed a ws row. The rs is now facing you. It looks like the cast off of 6sts is for the underarm on the left front. The k2tog is the beginning of shaping the deep V-neck.
