Cardigan 1017 Rico Pattern - Confused about Instruction

Hello Knitters,

This is my first time joining a forum and I am excited to be able to discuss about knitting patterns with you.
I am currently working on the 1017 Rico Cardigan pattern. I am at the sleeves section and am very confused about the below area. I have read the instructions multiple times but just couldn’t work through. Can you help me?

Attached is the image of the area that I am stuck in.

Next Row: K1, m1, patt to 1st maker, m1, patt5, m1, patt to last st, m1, K1. - pattern means continue in brioche pattern or just p1, k1 pattern?
.
.
Next Row: K1, patt to 1 st before market, kfb, patt5, kfb, patt to last st, k1. 65[69:73]st

Work 11 rows in brioche pattern - simple brioche pattern without increase (adding sts) or work the last 3 increase rows 11x?

Rep last 8 rows 4 times more. 95[99:103] sts. - What are the last 8 rows? From the start of the sleeve area up to this line, there are only 7 rows. I don’t understand where the last 8 rows come from? There are 30 sts that I need to increase.

Thank you for answering my questions.

Usually when a pattern says work in pattern it means the pattern stitch which is brioche.

Work 11 rows should mean to work 11rows in simple brioche but the next direction is confusing. The last 8 rows wouldn’t include increases which you clearly need to work in order to increase from 65 to 95 sts.
The best way to get clarification is to contact the company. My guess is that the "last 8 rows’ means the 3 rows called “Next Row” (with their increases) plus 5 more rows without increasses. That’s only a guess because the pattern is so unclear.

Thank you for the respond. I did reach out to the company and currently waiting for their answer.
