Can't find center end of double-pull ball!

I am trying to use a double strand, and need both ends, but I couldn’t find the other end! I reached into the center and tried pulling on a few loose strands, but finally gave up. I had to unwind and rewind the whole thing a few times to get it arranged so that both ends were on the outside.

I know its nothing to cry over, but with a toddler in the house, I can only knit while her father is feeding her in the high chair. She loves to see what Mommy is doing and to play with yarn and needles! So I probably won’t get to start my project until tomorrow…

That’s too bad! well, at least you’ll get a good start actually knitting tomorrow.

I usually reach in and pull out a bit (like to call it ‘yarn puke’), you can tell in the end is in there or not, then it’s not too hard to find it.

Also, there is one end where the outer tail of the is either tucked in or points towards. The other end is where you should try to find the center pull. You might get a wad at first, but once that’s used up you’re good to go.
