I’ve knitted one square, and I’ve started on the second. I want to make sure my gauge is correct, but I can’t seem to find it in the pattern.
If I manage to get this knit I’ll post a picture, because at this point it’s starting to feel like a group effort 
The only gauge is that each square should be 9x9". Due to the different stitch patterns, there’s a slightly different gauge for each, but the number of sts to use in each square varies to make it come out to 9".
There’s 54 sts in the first one because cables pull in a lot; the second one is a lace pattern which is stretchier and only has 41 sts.
