Can I fix this error?

I’m working on the foliage hat from the 2007 fall issue of Knitty. I am on row 15 of the crown chart and I made a mistake. I K2TOG when I should have SKP’ed instead. Is there a way that I can fix that on the next round or should I just rip out the row?

ETA: Here is the link to the pattern. The chart is further down the page…

That is not hard to fix on the very next row. I just tried it. When you get to the error knock the 2 stitches that are wrong off the left hand needle and pull the yarn that makes it a completed stitch out and rework them correctly with the little piece of yarn that goes with them. Have the strand of yarn behind them, slip the first stitch knit wise, knit the next one with the strand behind it (you can just use a crochet hook to pull the strand through the stitch or use the knitting needle) and then pass the slipped st over. Then slip the result back to the left hand needle tip and you are ready to do what you need to do at that point on that row.
