Can anyone help with this cable instruction please

Hi Could anybody help please.I love this site and forum as I’m a novice knitter and have got so much valuable information from here!
I’m trying out a cable pattern but I’m stuck on an instruction

1/1 RPC Tbl as I don’t know if I should knit both stitches into the back of the loop or just the one on the cable needle.

What do the pattern notes say for how to do it?

Hi! Thank you for the reply.
Unfortunately they don’t. There are instructions for the cable part I.e.

1/1 RC I.e. Sl1 st to cn and hold in back, k1, k1,from cn

and

tbl through back loop

But they are in separate abbreviation tables and I’m not clear on how to put them together!

I may be wrong, but I think a 1/1 RPC is done as a slip 1 to cn and hold in back, k1 from left needle tbl, and then p1 from cn. That is what I would think that they are trying to say and they are just adding the tbl in there to make sure you understand to k1 tbl, but I could be completely off.
