Hello everyone,
I am currently working on a hat with cables and worked a cable row when I was supposed to work a decrease row…eek. I am about 1/2 to 3/4 through the row with only 7 rows left of the hat. There are also seven markers in the round. How can I fix this?

You can ‘tink’ back that row - unknit it stitch by stitch. I;m pretty sure there’s a video how to on one of the video pages on this site.
Thanks! I do know how to tink knit and purl stitches but the fact that it’s cabled and has twisted stitches and such I am not sure how to accomplished that…
Do it one st at a time. Insert the left needle into the st below the one on the right needle, slip the st off the R needle and take the yarn out. If the st is twisted you can just straighten it out on the left needle before you take out the next one. For the cables, you can actually pull out all the sts and put them on in the right order. If you go slow and don’t pull on the knitting, they won’t drop.
