i cant find out the what last four symbols means

Only the last two symbols are used in the chart that you show (the double cables running up the sides of the front design).
The 3rd of these 4 is a right cross cable. Put 2sts on a cable needle and hold in back, knit the next 2sts on the left hand needle then knit the 2sts from the cable needle.
The last symbol is a left cross cable. Put 2sts on a cable needle and hold in front, knit the next 2sts on the left hand needle and then knit the 2sts from the cable needle.
The first and 2nd of the symbols are for the traveling cables used on the front design.
For the first, put one stitch on a cable needle and hold in back, knit the next 2 sts on the left hand needle, purl the stitch from the cable needle.
For the 2nd symbol, put 2 sts on a cable needle and hold in front, purl the next stitch on the left hand needle, knit the 2sts from the cable needle.
