Byob

This is my version of BYOB (bring your own bag) from Knitty Summer’08, great for carrying heavy items home from the supermarket. The bag has a wide shaped base which makes it easy to load, and the lower striped Seed Stitch section ensures that small items will not drop out.

The Invisible (Provisional) Cast On method is used for the hand grips. I use 8 ply Acrylic and a 32" circular needle as there are 165 stitches all round. I shortened the length on the Openwork Panel section as it will be my knit-on-go bag. Of course minus off the wooden straight needle.

I love it. It came out great. I love your color choices.

I like that!
