Buttony Pattern Help

So I had a question about the buttony pattern here

Where it says “
Rep rows 9-10 until the sweater fits around the chest and under arms (to try, put front, back and sleeves on separate holders or waste yarn),” does that mean that I’m increasing every other row? Are those the only two rows i’m knitting, or am I reading it wrong?

Yes, only increase every other row. You just follow the instructions for rows 9 and 10 - inc on one row, knit plain the next - until it’s the size that will fit you.
