Button me up sweater

I just finished this sweater last night. I made it using mission falls wool. I was trying to find buttons that were the same color but couldn’t so went with a dull silver button. Overall I am really happy with how it turned out. I got the pattern from http://www.cosmicpluto.com/blog/?p=646

I did modify it a bit. I did a couple more decreases at the neckline before casting off. Which is why I have more buttons then I am suppose to for my size. I also made it a little longer before attaching the sleaves.

I like it! It fits great and the color is lovely. I especially liked the buttons and i think they match the sweater more than buttons in the same colour would.

I really loved this yarn to work with. I haven’t used it before and I haven’t washed the sweater yet so we will see how that goes.
