Hi,

I’m about the tackle my first button band. I’m knitting this: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/shapely-boyfriend. Does anyone have any favorite techniques for button bands on v-neck sweaters?

I like to mark the place where the V starts to slope and pick up 2 sts close together there. It ensures that the band will lie flat as it makes the turn.
