Breast Cancer Awareness socks

I saw this amazing pattern for socks designed for Breast cancer awareness. I have never knitted socks before. This pattern calls for a 5 needle version. I have cast on 50 stitches and worked a K1P1 pattern ofr 1-1/1 inches. See beginning of pattern below:
Cuff:
Cast On 38 (46, 50, 62) 42 (50, 58, 66) sts loosely.
Divide sts evenly on dp needles and join. Beginning of
round is at right side of back leg, this will be adjusted
when working the heel and the remainder of the sock.
Work K1P1 for 1 (1, 1.5, 1) 1 (1.5, 2, 1.75)”.
Leg:
Ndls 1 and 3 are for Lacey or Seed Stitch pattern.
Ndls 2 and 4 are for Pink Ribbon chart. Note the
Pink Ribbon chart increases from 14 sts to 16 sts,
then decreases back to 14 sts.
Set up pattern as follows:
N1 & N3: 5 (9, 11, 17) 7 (11, 15, 19) sts
N2 & N4: 14 sts for all sizes (Women’s and Men’s)
Work Pink Ribbons and stitch patt of choice until 3 (3,
3, 4) 3 (3, 3, 4) Pink Ribbons are complete

I am confused as to how set up N1 and N3, N2 and N4 with the numbe of stitches. HELP!!!

Simply put, move 11 stitches onto needles 1 and 3. Needles 2 and 4 should have 14 stitches apiece.

These are your 50 stitches, (total).

Thank you so much. I will let you know how it goes.
