I’m thinking of getting the book “Finishing School: A Master Class for Knitters” to help me with the finishing of garments, but don’t know if it’s good or not. Do any of ya’ll know what it’s like or know of any other good books on finishing?
Books on finishing?
That sounds like a great book. I will be watching your replies here since I also want to get a book on this.

I mostly find out how to do stuff online myself. That does look like a good book, but I don’t have it to compare to anything else. It’s got great reviews on Amazon, too.
I use “The Knitter’s Book of Finishing Techniques,” by Nancie M. Wiseman, and I love it!
Oh! I have that one, too! I forgot. :teehee: Yes, that is a pretty good one, too.
Me, too. I love her diagrams, they’re very understandable. My pet peeve regarding how-to knitting books: the diagrams! It’s a fine art I tell ya!
Nancie Wiseman did a great job. And it’s easy to navigate, finding what you need. It’s not too large in size, making it easy to plop into your knitting bag. It’s been a life saver for me when I didn’t have a smartphone to check youtube or KH when we were ‘off the grid’ in the mountains.
