Wanna hear something funny? Ive been knitting for a year and have never finished a project because of binding off. I get how to do it, but what when you only have on stitch left on the needle, what do you do with that one’?
Cut your yarn a few inches from the stitch, pull it through and weave the end into the adjoining stitches.
Yep. Just what suzeeq said.
But what does weave mean? haha?
To thread your yarn end through the stitches next to it.
Ya basically sew it through the other stitches so it’ll stay put. Piece of cake.
Or ya could just super glue it in place but I wouldn’t recommend it.
When I took a sock class a few years ago there was a gal in class that had “several” pairs of socks on needles waiting to be finished because she couldn’t figure out the kitchener stitch! She just kept buying more needles and making more "open toed socks’!!!
