Binding off to match cast on

I have cast on with a loose knitted cast on. What do I use to bind off so the two sides will match ?? Thank you, Lilly1

If I want the two edges to match exactly, I use a provisional cast on. When I’m finished, I can bind off the working end, take out the provisional cast on and use the same method to bind that end off.
