Binding off fingers

I am knitting these.

I am ready to bind off the pinky finger. If I bind off in stockinette stitch, do you think it will curl up? Or should I cast off in purl, or K1 P1? I just don’t want the ends of the fingers to look cheesy.

ohh I like that pattern but I don’t need any more on my to do list :teehee:

I made a pair last year sorta like that…and I binded off in St st and the fingers didn’t curl :happydance:

I just made these and am very pleased with them.

I bound off in regular knit bindoff, and the fingers look fine. I think doing it in purl would also work well.

But to erase your worries: it’s not difficult to undo a bindoff you don’t like and try another.
