Hey all.
I started knitting a blanket for my SIL that my grandma had started ages ago & because of arthritis, she can no longer knit. So I took over the project & it appears I am running low on yarn. Gma bought the yarn ages & ago, but its Bernat Super Value Navy. I googled it & found somewhere to purchase another skein, but I was wondering if this is a bad idea to buy another skein so long after the original purchase. I know Bernat Super Value doesn’t have a dye lot so I thought it might not be too-too bad, but I’m just not sure.
My 2nd option is to take out a couple cables from the completed panels so that I would wind up with enough yarn to stitch them together and to add fringe. This just sounds like an awful lot of work for a $3.00 skein of yarn though…
Thanks for the help!!!
