Hi!
I’m a new knitter and wondering if there are knitting groups in my area. I’m in north Oakland/ Berkeley.
I taught myself to knit from books about 2-3 weeks ago and am rapidly becoming addicted.
Are there any other local addicts out there?

Maybe you two could meet up somewhere in the meanwhile… We’re doing that here in WY; there’s groups that meet at the LYSs, but we wanted a different time and place so we arranged it on Ravelry. Which btw, is a great place to find other people near you too.
