Looking for cute belt patterns. Not the buckle kind but the ones young teens wear that tie and hang, usually worn with jeans. Seems like drop stitch patterns would be nice in these. Any ideas?

The drop stitch on that page is what I’m looking for. Would love to find more in this style. I would also like to learn to add beads to these belts.

A while back, I was making a simple scarf and wanted to try something new – namely drop stitch, which I heard about somewhere.

I searched and searched but could not find either a good description or instructions for drop stitch anywhere online. Or in S&B. …a true mystery…

I believe the drop stitch is the same and the elongated stitch in Amy’s video.

Thanks for posting that Ingrid. That is the one I used. I love it! In fact, going to start a new scarf now using that stitch. I made a friend of mine the Red Hat scarf I was talking about, using the elongated stitch.
