Beginners Question

I’m working on my first project that requires more than one skein of yarn. My question is, how do I work from one skein of yarn into the next?
TIA!

If you go to the tips section of videos, there are a few different ways that are demonstrated. Just find the one that works best for your yarn and project. It’s not very difficult once you get the hang of it. Hope this helps!

Here’s the link from this website - just scroll down to Joining Yarn: http://www.knittinghelp.com/videos/knitting-tips

Basically, you would just start knitting with the new strand. I tie my ends loosely together, knit a few rows, then readjust the knot so it won’t show on the RS. Many people start at an edge, some people knit with both strands for a stitch or two, but that always seems too bulky to me.

Thanks everyone. I thought that was all I needed to do but have had to restart this project so many times for one reason or another and wanted to make sure I did it right.
