Beginner needs HELP!

I am just one day into this and I need help on my first pattern: Grandmother’s Favorite Dishcloth (from this site).

Row 1: Knit 4
Row 2: Knit 2, yarn over, knit across the row
Repeat Row 2 until you have 44 stitches on the needle

I know this has to be the easiest pattern; however, I don’t understand: “knit across the row” - Is this telling me to continue knitting or do I do something different here??

Thanks for your help!

Hi Jenring!

Yes, knit across the row means you just continue knitting until the end of the row. Hope this helps.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! This is EXACTLY what I needed to know!

No problem. Don’t forget to post picture when you’re done with the project! Good luck!
