[color=blue]Good Morning all,
I am looking for a beginner cardigan pattern. I want something soft, with classic lines for my Mum. TIA
Have a Sparkling Day!

Hi Anne, check out the link below. Would this work for you? Good luck with your search!

[color=blue]hmmmm I like that pattern but was thinking of something without a collar–kind of traditional but very soft and feminine. lol. Picky picky picky!
Thank you for the link though! I will bookmark it for future projects (oh how that list grows!) :shock:

What about this one, it says the skill level is very easy,

or maybe this one,

Hmmm…hopefully those helped.
You’re not picky…you just know what you want!
[color=blue]Thanks Bonnie. I have a picture in my head of what I am looking for. lol :rollseyes: I saw one in a yarn shop-- I should have asked about the pattern. It was so soft … elegant. If I have no luck today, I will try to make time to visit the shop tomorrow after work.

Regarding Southern Maine…
My husband and I spent a blissful weekend in Blue Hill (not far from you, right?) many years ago BK (before Kids). Now the kids go to summer camp for a few weeks at Hidden Valley Camp in Freedom. When Dave and I visit, we work in a nice long weekend visiting them and touring around your absolutely fabulous state. Got some great yarn last summer from a couple of shops in Camden.

Oh Camden, probably one of the most beautiful places on Earth
[color=blue]It is a beautiful state for sure. :cheering: We are about 2.5 or so hours from Blue Hill. It is beautiful there. Have not been in years–but spent a lot of time in Bar Harbor (not far from Blue Hill) when I was a kid. Soooo beautiful there. There is just something about the ocean–the smells, sounds… just the feeling. wonderful
