Beanie with a bill?

[color=darkblue]I’m looking for a pattern for a basic beanie, but with a small bill on it. I’ve seen the patterns for Newsboy caps and I’m not sure how to combine the brim of the newsboy cap with a regular beanie. Any ideas? My co-worker just lost his, so I’d really like to make him one.[/color]
