Chocolate cupcakes, and penuche frosting. (All from scratch, of course!) Sadly, the cupcakes fell a little but it’s 1 mile above sea level here so baking is…a challenge here. :happydance:

You need a mixer. :lol:

I’ve been getting into baking too, but mostly breads, since my boyfriend’s dowery was a bread machine 
Oh I know your pain with falling cupcakes! I just moved to Wyoming and we live up in the mountains (I am from California, where I was only 17 ft above sea level) and forgot I would need to change the recipe up! They were really really good, but had a crater! lol You’re look so yummy! Best of luck the next time you bake, try Epicurious’ tips for high altitude baking.
Fallen or not they look delicious, I’ve been wanting to make cupcakes lately but we never get to do them from scratch.
