I’m almost finished with the Cancer bag http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/cancer-ribbon-bag but i’m kinda stuck on the handle. the directions in the pattern aren’t clear. i’m not good at seaming and i’m wondering how to attach it. i’m not lining the bag. also after seeing how much give the fabric has on size 8s i was thinking about doing the handle on a size or 2 smaller. any suggestions?
I’m not too crazy about knit handles - they are almost always too stretchy. Using a smaller needle would probably be a good idea.
Or use something else for handles - buy plastic or bamboo ones. Joann Fabrics has a pretty good selection of handles.
