So, I decided to put down my knitting for the summer, after having been frustrated at my hands getting all hot and sweaty every time. I tried using a fan to cool my hands, but it left my working yarn fluttering all over the place and I couldn’t have that. So, with much hesitation, I gave up til cooler weather set in.
Now that its finally cooled down and no longer sweltering, I can pick up my work and get back into the swing of things. I am still working on my lavender garter stitch scarf, but I’ve made some serious progress. I am about a fifth of the way done.
I’ve picked up another project, another garter stitch scarf, this time out of a yarn that is in various shades of blue, which I found in my LYS.
