I ordered the Baby Surprise Jacket pattern that Elizabeth Zimmermann designed and I got it in the mail today. For those of you who have made it already do you have any tips or hints that you could pass along.

Well… maybe if you have more specific questions along the way it might be easier to answer…

Which pattern did you get? The $3 one or the $10 one? If I had to suggest a pattern for someone I’d say to get the $10 one…it’s well worth it with the line by line directions.

Anyway, my main hints are -

*Keep track of your increases and decreases so they stay in line.
*Count your stitches regularly so if you do make a mistake it’s not so far to frog.
