I have a pattern where I would like to use Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino in place of an Aran yarn…how would I figure out the difference in stitches? Thanks
The best thing to do is to knit a swatch with the Baby Cashmerino and see whether you like the feel of the fabric and what gauge you get. If the pattern comes in different sizes, you might look at knitting a larger size which will knit up smaller because of the difference in gauge.
