Baby Cap with Skulls and Bones

This may sound strange but I have been asked to make a baby cap with a skull and bones. Does anyone have any patterns? Thanks!

I found one for an adult hat. A gal on Ravelry said she made this for a baby by just eliminating one of the panels. Hers was an 18 month size, but you could probably make it smaller by eliminating another panel? You’d have to try it for size.
