Armwarmer Pattern

I am currently looking for a simple armwarmer (fingerless mitt) pattern to do up for my teacher. Something not too hard, but pretty. Should I use variated or solid colored yarn? Let me, know! :knitting:

If you do a plain pattern, then varigated or self-stripping yarn looks good. If you do one with a cable, I’d use solid color yarn. Of course, that is personal perference - I just like cables in solid better then stripping. Your milage may vary!
