Armhole shaping left front I need help
I have 24 st from the left front ready for a WS row
Bind off 2 sts at beg of next row. Work next row even.
Dec 1 st from armhole edge on next row, than every other row 2 times more 19 st left
I also need help with understanding witch part is left right.
And making the later for the right side thanks in advance.
The left side means the left side when you have the sweater on. When you look at the left front with the RS facing you, the neck edge is on the left and the armhole is on the right.
I bet that the decreases on this sweater are on the armhole edge since the front looks straight up from the ribbing to the neck.

Work across the WS row to get to a RS row. Bind off 2sts and finish the row. On the next RS row, dec 1st, call this row 1. Then dec on rows 3 and 5, again at the beginning of the RS row, at the armhole edge.
For the right front, the bind off will be at the beg of the WS row. The dec will still be at the armhole edge and you can do them on a RS row if you prefer.
