ARGH! Pattern instruction is holding me back! Please help!

Hi there! I am doing a pattern that’s apparently “easy” but I’m having a hard time understanding a certain set of instructions …

[B]Shape armholes[/B]
At beg of row, bind off [3(4,4,5,6)sts] twice, [2(3,3,4,5)sts] twice, [1(1,2,3,3)sts] twice, then [1(1,1,1,1)sts] twice

Someone [I]please[/I] help!! This is the only thing holding me back! :muah:

For the small size - at the beginning of the next 2 rows, BO 3 sts, then BO 2 sts the next 2 rows, BO 1 st (may as well just dec a stitch at both the beginning and end of the next row if this is your size), and BO 1 st the same as the previous only if you dec instead, do it on the next RS row.
