I eat differently, Photolady. Here’s what I ate yesterday.
Breakfast -
3 egg whites with veggie cheese slice, piece of 100% whole wheat toast and OJ
Lunch -
1/2 100% Whole Wheat Pita stuffed with low sodium tuna mixed with Smart Balance mayo and veggie cheese slice, and an apple.
Dinner -
3 oz salmon, 1/2 of baked potato (about 1/2 C), broccoli, 1C soy milk
Snacks - Non fat peach yogurt with 1/2 C peaches, Luna Bar, 1 oz of unsalted peanuts
I try to vary what I eat though and some days I end up with more snacks than this. I usually eat more fruits and veggies… don’t know what happened this day. I LOVE blueberries in vanilla yogurt and eat that as a dessert some days!
I try to balance it all out to about 1200 calories. I also take vitamins.
