Anyone seen something like this?

I’m looking for a girl’s sweater in a dk weight, size 7 or 8. I just want a simple one, that I can embroider little flowers on. It can be a sweater or a cardigan, but I definitely want it knit top down raglan style.

Any ideas? I used the raglan calculator before, but the sweater turned out smaller than I intended, so I was thinking a pattern would be best.

I looked, but all the patterns I saw were for worsted or chunky yarn. Knitting Pure and Simple has some great patterns for kids, but they seem to be for heavier weight yarn. :shrug:

That’s what I ran into also. There are lots of patterns for babies and little kids, but not so much in between.

I have an idea! :figureditout: I’ve been wanting to try this for awhile and there is no reason it wouldn’t work for your daughter. You can use any yarn you want. :wink:
