I’m looking for a magic loop book - not the booklet by Paradise Fibers… An actual book. Does such a book exist yet? :shrug: Thanks in advance.
I have the book “2 At A Time Socks” by Melissa Morgan-Oakes, and it is based on the Magic loop method. It’s a really nice sock book, and might be worth a look for you-I think you could easily understand how to apply it to any project (not just socks). Even if you don’t use her method, I really like all the patterns in it.

Yes Karrie there is a Magic Loop Book and Knit Picks has the only book I’ve seen on the subject
KP definitely has the book because that’s where I got mine from recently. I ordered 2 books from KP when I was ordering my Options.
That’s not what she’s talking about, that’s the one that teaches ML. She’s looking for pattern books that use it.
YES!! Thanks - that’s exactly what I meant. 'Sorry for not making it clearer. Sometimes I type knowing what I mean and forget I need to verbalize that. 
The book from Knit Picks had 3 patterns in it. I found a few more books. Knitting Circles Around Socks and 2-at-a-time socks both of which can be found on Knit Picks and Amazon. Right now all I’ve found are sock books. Also you can take ANY pattern and convert it to magic loop.
The only books I know of are for socks other than the technique book. :shrug:
Yes, ML is usually just used in small diameter knitting in the round, as in socks, hats, mittens and sleeves. Sometimes for the neck of a sweater knit top down. So really there aren’t many pattern books written for it as you can take just about any of those sorts of patterns and knit using ML.
If you’re on Ravelry, you can find lots of patterns using Magic Loop, both free and paid.
[I]You don’t need special patterns for knitting with Magic Loop. [/I]O[I]nce you know the technique, you can use it for any pattern that calls for knitting in the round, including socks.
Several sock books, including Knitting Sensational Socks, do give directions for each pattern using dpns, 2 circs and magic loop. But they’re all just variations on the theme of knitting tubes rather than flat pieces.
The Bev Galeskas book is short and sweet; it teaches the technique (which takes about fifteen minutes to learn) and then you’re free to use any pattern you like.
