Anyone here read this book?

I’ve been contemplating picking up Changing Patterns by Wren Ross and Daena Giardella. I’ve read Amazon reviews and such, but it’s not the same as getting your opinions - knitters I talk with every day and trust!

I was intrigued by the premise of the book, as I’m at that stage in my life where I think I could benefit from looking at my creative life differently. I’m still trying to overcome the punishing effects of years of emotional abuse I suffered as a kid - it nearly crippled my artistic self. I’ve made some small progress, but I feel like I am not quite back to where I want to be yet.

Have any of you read this book, and having read it, would you recommend it to someone like me?

I’m so sorry that you had a difficult childhood.

I am not familiar with that book. I hope if you buy it that you really enjoy it! Happy knitting :XX:

I am also sorry to hear about your childhood – good for you for taking the steps to overcome those emotional hurdles. What is the premise of the book?
