Anyone have any idea?

Can anyone help make any sense of these instructions?

I bought a knitting pattern on Etsy for a baby girl’s hooded cardigan.

I’ve made it to row 11 where I’m now knitting but I’m

Not sure what the other instructions mean as below:

I’m knitting 3-6 months which is the 2nd one.

What does etc rows mean? Do I do this after or at the same time? Help…

Hello

Can you give us a link to the page on etsy where you bought the pattern please? It would really help to be able to see the pattern or know the name, number and publisher.

Is this top down or bottom up?

It is written in an unusual way. It appears to be saying to knit rows 11 to 38. This could be garter stitch if it is the body, or it could mean stockinette so the knits show on the right side of the fabric. Seeing a pic would help. It could also mean ‘at the same time’ although doesn’t say this, ‘next rows’ could mean now, at row 11, or later after row 38.

The next part I interpret as to work increases on the odd number rows 11, 13, 15 and so on and not to increase on the even number rows 12, 14, 16 and so on (I dont think these numbers refer to sizes).

Hard to decipher where ‘row 8’ means when you are already on row 11. These things may become clearer if we see a picture.

Wow, that’s hard to read, all smushed together like that!
I get:
“Make increase (M1R, K1, M1L) in 11, 13, 15, 17 etc. rows”
which would mean to increase every other row, starting with Row 11. And you make the increases where you already have markers.

This is a pattern and a half alright.
It seems to be top down with raglan increases following row 11.
Does your pattern define double-sts as used in rows 8 and 9?
