Anyone answer pea pod questions?

Can I get some clarification? I just want to make sure I have this right!

Row 7 - “Work one WS row to finish bottom rib chart” does this mean k the k and p the p, or follow the next row in the pattern?

Also - when first doing the lace leaf chart you are supposed to work through row 6 and then start over with row 1?

I haven’t made this pattern, but I would take it to mean finishing up the ribbing so you can start the pattern on a RS row. If there is a chart does it have numbers of the rows? That should help. Don’t know the rest of your question.
