I’d like to make a few pieces with some “cultural” significance for me. 
I’m Dutch, Scottish and Italian… Any ideas? 
Anything particular to these places? I know fair isle is particular to Scotland.
and (I’m not Swedish or Irish) but… I know Intarsia is Swedish? and Aran is Irish.
P.S. Here is a list of Irish names and Aran patterns (find yours here!) you can see the Aran pattern and sort of swipe/ copy it. I’d TOTALLY knit an Aran scarf in my family Aran if I was Irish!
