Any pattern stitch for this elongated cable blanket

Okay, my soon to be college student thought the basketweave stitch on my previous post was “okay,” so I ask you does anyone know how to knit this cable stitch called elongated cable blanket. Here the link-

There are tons of cabled blankets out there. In looking them up on Ravelry I got 12 pages of them. Here’s a few.

The first one has a similar cable pattern that you could snag from the pattern to create your own blanket.

This is a scarf, but the same cable type pattern is on it.
