Any loom knitters?

Hey all! New here and need HELP! I’m trying to make a kind of “elf” or pointed hat for an adult and using the knifty knitter loom…which I like to do when I need to bust out gifts really quick…

My question is…How do I decrease stitches to make the hat pointed? I’ve done the bottom part of the hat and need to begin decreasing it to make the point. ANY help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I’m not into looms, but I know how they work and I can’t see how that could work. Don’t they just make tubes? If you decreased very far it would no longer fit on the loom…:think:

Hopefully someone else will know, but be patient. This is more a hand knit forum so it may take awhile to find an answer.
