hi!:waving:
I’ve been valiantly searching for the perfect chair to go in my craft room at my sewing desk, and after many months I finally found one at an estate sale for only $8! It needed to be completely redone, but it was sturdy and the right height, without arms or anything to get in the way of sewing. I spent all day today redoing it, and I think it turned out pretty cool!
Before: Horrible brown paint on chair and stained red velvet cover
After: Painted to match the shelves and thread holder, awesome blue velvet with silver swirlies for cover.
Total cost: $8, I already had the paint and the fabric!
Beautiful job. You have every right to be proud. Love the colors. :woot:
Show off!
Yer just jealous!:yay:

Love, love, love. A steal and a wonderful re-do job. A feather in your cap.
I love what you did to it.
Wow, that looks great!! I love it!!
Pretty!! I envy your craft room. I have a craft basket, although it it really just for knitting, since that is my only craft (vice?).
I has the craft room envy too! I don’t even have space to set up my sewing machine. Your craft room is so nice and organized too… great job on the chair project!
I love it. Beautiful job.
