My sil’s best friend made these for my bro and he couldn’t stop talking about them. So I finally made them last night and he was right they are really good.

You take Ritz crackers spread with peanut butter, top with another ritz to make a sandwich. One thing I learned is don’t be stingy on the PB! They are much better if there is a good amount of pb in the middle. Dip the sandwiches in melted white chocolate or almond bark. Place on foil, wax paper, or parchment lined cookie sheet. Let sit until the chocolate is set and enjoy!
